Olly

Yesterday involved a trip to Finedon to meet Olly and his Mum Tab - and her Dad!  The photoshoot location was challenging as we were in a small wood with a fairly full canopy.  Thankfully the trusty 1DX II  came into its own allowing me to ramp up the ISO to capture those all important movement images without motion blur.  And boy did I need it - Olly - a spaniel - was on full charge throughout most of the session.

Still we did get him to pose for a few shots at the start of the session

And at the end of the session we got the flash guns out to try some more photos in the theme of "Dogs in Darkness" which I really enjoy doing - adds in quite a lot of atmosphere!

Then it was off home for some post processing and a well deserved cuppa tea!
